Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you send through this website.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what happens to information you send to Infinite Outsource through this website. It covers the enquiry form and nothing else — we do not operate accounts, a store or a login on this site.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, company, work email address, project type and message you enter, and a phone number and file attachment if you choose to add them.
Alongside your submission we store the page it was sent from, your browser user-agent string, and the country your request came from. We use these to triage enquiries and to deal with automated abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.
What we do with it
We use what you send to answer your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to scope and discuss the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Attachments are stored so that the engineering team can read what you sent. If you would rather not upload a document, describe the project in the message field instead, or ask us for another way to share it.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only to Infinite Outsource staff who handle enquiries. Access is protected by authentication, and sessions expire.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially useful — an active conversation, or a record of one that may resume. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and any attachment, we will do so.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@infiniteoutsource.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
